We strive to accurately display our products, including colors and details. However, actual colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings.

Placing Orders

When you place an order through our Site, you are making an offer to purchase products. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. Orders are considered accepted once we send you a confirmation email.

Pricing and Taxes

We ship globally with some exceptions (certain remote areas and parts of Asia).

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days before shipment.

Shipping Options

• Standard Shipping: via DHL or FedEx. Costs $12.95. Delivery within 10-15 days after shipping.
• Free Shipping: available on orders over $50, via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 days after shipping.

Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow your gear’s journey to your doorstep!

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

We want you to be completely stoked with your purchase! If not, we accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your order.

Return Process

1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return/exchange.
2. Wait for Approval: We’ll send you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions within 2 business days.
3. Pack It Up: Securely pack the item(s) in original packaging with all tags attached. Write the RAN on the outside.
4. Ship It Back: Send to: Mens Surf Shop Returns, 3805 River Road, Pueblo, US 81004. Return shipping is your responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
5. Processing: Once received, we’ll inspect and process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

Refund Details

• Credit/Debit Cards: Refunds appear in 5-10 business days after processing (depending on your bank).
• PayPal: Refunds processed within 24 hours and take 2-3 days to appear in your account.

Original shipping fees are not refundable.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Exchanges are subject to availability. If your desired item is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.
