Shipping Info

We ship globally (except for some remote areas and parts of Asia). Orders are processed within 1-2 business days before they’re shipped out. Here are your options:

  • Standard Shipping: via DHL or FedEx. Costs $12.95. Your gear will arrive in 10-15 days after shipping.
  • Free Shipping: on orders over $50, via EMS. Delivery takes 15-25 days after shipping.

Once your order is on its way, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your doorstep!

Returns & Exchanges

Not totally stoked with your purchase? No worries! We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your order. Here’s how it works:

Step-by-Step Process

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of getting your order. Include your order number and why you’re returning or exchanging.
  2. Wait for Approval: Our crew will send you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions within 2 business days.
  3. Pack It Up: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging with all tags attached. Write the RAN on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship It Back: Send the package to:

    Note: Return shipping is on you unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  5. Processing: Once we get your return, we’ll inspect it and process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

Refund Details

Refunds go back to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Refunds show up in 5-10 business days after processing (depending on your bank).
  • PayPal: Refunds are processed within 24 hours and take 2-3 days to appear in your account.

Original shipping fees aren’t refundable.

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety, some items can’t be returned or exchanged:

  • Socks & Underwear
  • Boardshorts if the hygiene liner is removed or damaged
  • Rashguards & Surf Tees if worn or washed
  • Hats if worn
  • Personalized or custom items

All items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags attached.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? No problem! Exchanges are subject to availability. If the item you want is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.
