We get it—sometimes the gear doesn’t fit right or isn’t exactly what you were dreaming of. No worries! At Mens Surf Shop, we want you to be stoked with your purchase. If something isn’t perfect, our returns and exchanges process is here to make things right.

Returns & Exchanges Made Easy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your order. Here’s how it works:

Step-by-Step Process

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return or exchange.
  2. Wait for Approval: Our crew will send you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions within 2 business days.
  3. Pack It Up: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging with all tags attached. Include the RAN on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship It Back: Send the package to:

    Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  5. Processing: Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

Refund Details

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Refunds will appear within 5-10 business days after processing, depending on your bank.
  • PayPal: Refunds are processed within 24 hours and may take 2-3 days to appear in your account.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Socks & Underwear
  • Swimwear (Boardshorts) if the hygiene liner is removed or damaged
  • Rashguards & Surf Tees if worn or washed
  • Hats if worn
  • Personalized or custom items

All items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags attached.

Exchanges

Want a different size or color? No problem! Exchanges are subject to availability. If the item you want is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.
