What types of products do you offer?
We offer a full range of surfwear and accessories including boardshorts, rashguards, surf tees, jackets, hats, backpacks, water bottles, and more – everything you need for dawn patrol and beyond.
How do I choose the right size for boardshorts or rashguards?
Our sizing tends to run true to standard surfwear fits. Check each product’s specific size chart for measurements. When in doubt, think about how you like your gear to fit – snug for performance or loose for comfort.
Are your products designed for actual surfing or just casual wear?
Both! Our gear is designed by surfers for surfers, so it performs in the water but looks fresh enough for everyday wear. From technical rashguards to casual surf tees, we’ve got you covered in and out of the water.

Shipping & Delivery

What shipping options do you offer?
We offer two options: Standard Shipping ($12.95 via DHL/FedEx, 10-15 business days) and Free Shipping (on orders over $50 via EMS, 15-25 business days). We process orders in 1-2 business days before dispatch.
Do you ship worldwide?
We ship globally to most countries! However, deliveries to some parts of Asia and remote regions might not be available. Contact us at [email protected] if you have questions about your specific location.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Standard Shipping includes full tracking, while Free Shipping includes basic tracking.
My delivery is taking longer than expected. What should I do?

What’s your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return policy from the day you receive your items. Items must be in original condition with tags attached. Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns on used swimwear for hygiene reasons.

When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive your return and verify its condition, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days. The timing depends on your payment method and bank processing times.
